NCV Plan - Intro

Costume - The characters/band members should be typically dressed to be recognizable to British audiences. The chav is a very typical British figure, and so will be recognized immediately by the audience. Fans of the indie genre will recognize the style of the band and so will instantly know this video is marketed at them.

Posture - The "indie kid" should be walking in a stiff but happy manner - until he is pushed. The chav should walk with a swagger, showing his arrogance.

Gestures - When the drums kick in, the chav comes out of the alley and pushes the indie kid to the ground, turning the Chav into the main character of the video, instead of the indie kid, who the audience would think would be the main character.

Facial expressions - The chav should look very smug throughout the video, except when he is denied access to the party.

Space - Due to the intimate performance (house party) the band should perform around 2-3 feet away from the camera, so the performance is not "in your face" but not so far away that it's not realistic.
