After being politely ejected from the first group I was in for no apparent reason, I was left with about a week to form a new group and quickly come up with a video idea. I was considering simply going for a straight performance video as this would be quick and easy to organize. If I were to go down this route, the songs I would have most likely have chosen would have been more modern, "heavy" rock songs. The two I were thinking about were "The Harmony" by Scottish post-rock band Flood Of Red, and "Recovery" by Welsh post-hardcore band Funeral For A Friend. In the end I decided it would be easier to do a song both me and my partner knew, and so suggested The Smiths.
